Davis & Elkins College Welcomes Distinguished Author and Poet during 2024 Dr. Bill King Writer’s Week.
Bloodroot receives a Weatherford Award in March of 2024. Granted by Berea College and the Appalachian Studies Association, the Weatherford Awards honor books deemed as best illuminating the challenges, personalities, and unique qualities of the Appalachian South.
